PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental prosthesis manufacturing support device, a dental prosthesis manufacturing support program and tooth form data, enabling reproduction of a lost tooth by correctly comparing the teeth using tooth form data of two or more generations.SOLUTION: A dental prosthesis manufacturing support device extracts tooth form data as the prosthesis data of a dental prosthesis, the tooth form data being acquired by superimposing first-generation tooth form data created by scanning a tooth form model of a registered subject and second-generation tooth form data created by scanning the tooth form model including a lost tooth of the subject after scanning the first-generation tooth form data. When the tooth form data of two generations are superimposed, Hamular notches P11, P12 are used as reference points in case of an upper jaw, and Retromolar pads P41, P42 are used as reference points in case of a lower jaw.
