The present invention relates to a transparent and hypoallergenic composition for cleansing and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition for body cleansing, especially for face cleansing, which has transparent and hypoallergenic properties by removing problems caused by anionic surfactant and fatty acid in production of a transparent cleanser. The cosmetic composition of the present invention has excellent qualities in terms of transparent bubbles, detergency, stable transparency, and low irritation. Furthermore, the cosmetic composition is a transparent gel type composition with a slight preservative function, not including preservatives, thereby enabling production of nonaseptic cosmetics.본 발명은 저자극성이고 투명하고 세정용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로는 투명한 클렌징을 제조할 때 문제되는 지방산, 음이온계면활성제의 문제점을 해결한 투명하고 자극이 적은 인체세정용, 특히 페이셜 세정용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은, 투명한 기포력, 세정력, 투명한 안정도 및 자극면에서 우수하며, 투명한 클렌징 젤 형태를 가지며 방부제를 포함하지 않아도 소정의 방부력을 가지고 있기 때문에 무(無)방부제 화장품 구현이 가능하다.
