The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a concentrated solid tea and the concentrated solid tea manufactured by the method, wherein the method comprises following steps of: (1) adding water to tea and extracting the same； (2) filtering a tea extract extracted in the step (1) and then sterilizing a concentrated tea concentrate； (3) adding Kappa-carrageenan to a sterilized tea concentrate of the step (2) and conducting a reaction while stirring the same； and (4) pouring a reaction solution conducted reaction of the step (3), cooling the same, and then separating the same from a mold, followed by drying the same.
