The present invention relates to a method for immobilizing a peptide, in particular a CD31-mimetic peptide on a substrate surface, in particular a stent surface, allowing a strong anchoring of said peptide onto a polydopamine polymer functionalized by biorthogonal copper-free chemistry allowing for a standardized density and controlled orientation of said peptide.La présente invention concerne un procédé d'immobilisation d'un peptide, en particulier un peptide mimétique CD31 sur une surface de substrat, en particulier une surface de stent, permettant un fort ancrage dudit peptide sur un polymère de polydopamine fonctionnalisé par une chimie exempte de cuivre biorthogonale permettant une densité standardisée et une orientation contrôlée dudit peptide.
