PURPOSE: A fentanyl transdermal patch is provided to make the contact of a medicine/viscosity layer with skin close while constantly maintaining the skin transmittance of fentanyl for three days. CONSTITUTION: A fentanyl transdermal patch includes a supporter and a medicine/viscosity layer. The supporter is placed on a side of the medicine/viscosity layer. [Reference numerals] (AA) Medicine protecting layer； (BB) Medicine-contained adhesive layer； (CC) Thin film layer아크릴-고무 하이브리드를 약물·점착층으로 포함하는 펜타닐 경피 패치제로, 펜타닐의 피부투과도가 일정하게 3일간 유지되면서 피부와의 접촉을 긴밀하게 하여 수분이나 땀의 방출로 인한 피부탈착이 개선되고 피부 자극이 개선된 펜타닐 경피 패치제가 제공된다.
