Provided is a method for accurately measuring the density of a specimen by compensating impact due to haemoglobin. The method of examining a specimen comprises: measuring absorbance of haemoglobin included in a sample； measuring absorbance of the specimen included in the sample； calculating absorbance variation of the specimen according to the measured absorbance of the haemoglobin； and compensating the absorbance of the specimen by deducting the calculated absorbance variation from the measured absorbance of the specimen.헤모글로빈에 의한 영향을 보정하여 보다 정확하게 검체의 농도를 측정할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다.검체 측정방법은 샘플에 포함된 헤모글로빈의 흡광도를 측정하고, 샘플에 포함된 검체의 흡광도를 측정하고, 상기 측정된 헤모글로빈의 흡광도에 따른 검체의 흡광도 변화량을 산출하고, 상기 측정된 검체의 흡광도에서 상기 산출된 흡광도의 변화량을 제거하여 상기 검체의 흡광도를 보정하는 것을 포함한다.
