PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking aid which reduces a burden as much as possible on a person having difficulty in walking, which can be kept in a narrower space, and which can aid in walking more naturally even in a rugged place.SOLUTION: A walking aid includes: a substrate 1 that connects, with connection arms 20, 20, base frame members 10, 10 arranged in parallel to each other and stick members 2, 2 that are arranged in the outside of both base frame members 10, 10 respectively and that are swingably held on the respective base frame members 10, 10. In the base frame member 10, a pair of front leg frame member 14 and rear leg frame member 15 which are erected with a proper distance apart in the swinging direction of the stick member 2 are deformably structured by connecting and linking with a first link member 11 and a second link member 12.
