PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp certainly closing a flow passage of a tube without looseness on the upper side and the lower side of the tube when closing the flow passage of the tube.SOLUTION: A base part 2 has a base end connection part 7PE and an end connection part 7DE, the base end connection part 7PE is formed with a movable part 3, and the end connection part 7DE is formed with a base part side engagement part 9 having a base part side engagement auxiliary part 9T. The base part 2 has a base part side tube press part projection part 2.1T and a tube holding part 5, and the movable part 3 has a movable part side engagement part 8 including a movable part side tube press part projection part 6T and a pair of guide parts 8G (8S1G, 8S2G). The tube holding part 5 has a first side wall 5S1W, a second side wall 5S2W, an end side wall 5DEW, and a base end side wall 5PEW, and they form a tube holding space SP.
