Since the vaccine composition according to the present invention can effectively prevent viral hemorrhagic sepsis occurring in the flounder, it can be usefully used for the aquaculture industry of the flounder. Since the vaccine composition of the present invention exhibits a similar effect to an injection-based vaccine through immersion and oral administration, viral hemorrhagic sepsis can be prevented and treated in a simple manner not only in adult fish but also in fry.본 발명에 따른 백신 조성물은 넙치에서 발생하는 바이러스성 출혈성 패혈증을 효과적으로 예방할 수 있으므로, 넙치의 양식 산업 등에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 백신 조성물은 침지 및 경구 투여를 통해서도 주사 기반 백신과 유사한 효과를 나타내기 때문에 성어 뿐 아니라 치어에서도 간편한 방법으로 바이러스성 출혈성 패혈증을 예방 및 치료할 수 있다.
