PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organopolysiloxane excellent in drawing property and further in solubility/dispersibility to water or lower alcohol.SOLUTION: The organopolysiloxane comprises a poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segment composed of a repetitive unit represented by the general formula (1) (wherein R1 represents hydrogen atom or 1-22C alkyl group, aralkyl group or aryl group, and n represents 2 or 3) bonded to at least two of silicon atoms of an organopolysiloxane segment constituting the main chain through an alkylene group containing hetero atom.
