The fixing member is pivotally disposed on the cover body and the headband is interposed on the abutting surface of the cover body with respect to the other side of the opening and abutting against the headband. The creation is wrapped around the head of the child with a headband, and the headband around the sleeve can be firmly worn on the head and can withstand severe shaking, and the headband exerts a force on the head.
