The acquisition means 3 acquires first data obtained by extracting a cardiac region from image data of a range including a heart of an examinee formed by a first apparatus and second data expressing the state of wall movement acquired on the basis of the moving image of the heart of the examinee formed by a second apparatus different from the first apparatus. The processing means 4 generates a synthetic image by synthesizing a function image expressing the wall movement of the heart based on the second data on an image expressing the form of the heart based on the first data, and causes display means 6 to display the synthetic image.【課題】心臓等の臓器の疾患の診断や治療を確度良く行うことを可能にする技術を提供する。【解決手段】医用画像処理装置１は取得手段３と、処理手段４とを備える。取得手段３は、第１の装置により形成された被検体の心臓を含む範囲の画像データから心臓領域を抽出した第１のデータと、第１の装置と異なる第２の装置により形成された被検体の心臓の動画像に基づいて取得された壁運動の状態を表す第２のデータと、を取得する。処理手段４は、第１のデータに基づく心臓の形態を表す画像上に、第２のデータに基づく心臓の壁運動を表す機能画像を合成して合成画像を生成し、表示手段６に表示させる。【選択図】図１
