Methods are disclosed for treating a tumor in a subject. The methods include administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a) cryptotanshinone (CT) or a salt or a derivative thereof, and b) a Programmed Death (PD-1) antagonist, a Cytotoxic T- lymphocyte-Associated Protein 4 (CTLA-4) antagonist, a B- and T-lymphocyte Attenuator (BTLA) antagonist, T-cell Immunoglobulin and Mucin-domain containing-3 (TIM-3) antagonist, a Lymphocyte- Activation Gene 3 (LAG3) antagonist, or a combination thereof, thereby treating the tumor in the subject. In some non-limiting examples the tumor is a hepatic cancer, such as a hepatic carcinoma, or a lung cancer, such as a small cell carcinoma of the lung or a non-small cell carcinoma of the lung.L'invention concerne des procédés de traitement d'une tumeur chez un sujet.
