PURPOSE: A seed bed for sowing rice seeds using a waste synthetic resin and rice hulls is provided to offer excellent water-absorption property and permeability to the seed bed. CONSTITUTION: A seed bed for sowing rice seeds using a waste synthetic resin and rice hulls comprises the following: an opening on the upper side； a bottom plate(10) in a flat shape； side plates(20) extended from the outer edge of the bottom plate to the vertical direction； protrusions(30) for partitioning the bottom plate for planting seeds； and drain holes(40) formed on the bottom plate for smoothly supplying water. The seed bed includes 65-75wt% of waste synthetic resin and 25-35wt% of crushed rice hulls.본 발명은 사각형의 장방형을 이루고 있으며, 상부가 개방되어 있으며, 평평한 바닥판과 상기 바닥판의 외측면으로부터 직교방향으로 소정의 높이로 연장된 측판으로 이루어지며, 바닥판에는 모의 뿌리가 일정하게 내리고 수분이 원활하게 공급될 수 있도록 일정한 배열로 다수의 배수공이 형성되어 있는 모판에 있어서, 상기 모판은 용융된 폐합성수지 65~75 중량%와 분쇄된 왕겨 25~35 중량%이 혼합되어 성형되는 것으로, 상기 바닥판에는 모판으로부터 모판에 육성된 모가 잘 분리되며, 모의 포기를 나눠 논에 이식을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 일정한 배열로 돌기가 형성되어 있으며, 모판의 저면부에는 내구성을 향상시키기 위하여 보강부가 일정한 배열로 형성된 볍씨파종용 모판을 개시한다.
