SOLUTION: A tip end portion of a protrusion is brought into contact with a crotch pad portion 1s of an absorbent sheet, and a gap generated between left and right flaps 1c and 1d (upper side absorbent sheet) and an absorbent sheet crotch pad portion 1s is discharged. As maintained. Therefore, a bag-shaped structure is formed by the left and right flaps 1c, 1d (upper side absorbent sheet) and the crotch pad portion 1s of the absorbent sheet. It is effectively confined in and never leaks to the outside. Moreover, the inner surfaces of both the upper absorbent sheet and the crotch portion 1s of the absorbent sheet have a large area, the absorption area for urine is large, and urine can be rapidly absorbed with high absorption efficiency.
