PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for regulating a culture solution arranged in a hydroponic system and capable of timely feeding the optimal culture solution. SOLUTION: This controller 30 for regulating the culture solution is equipped with fertilizer stock solution tanks U1 to U6, six constant rate pumps P1 to P6 respectively connected to the culture solution tanks U1 to U6, taking out the different fertilizer stock solutions in units of a constant amount by pulse control and driving the taken out fertilizer stock solutions into water, a controlling means for carrying out the pulse control of the frequency of driving the stock solutions into the water by the constant rate pumps P1 to P6, a control panel 11 for operating the controlling means, a culture solution tank 14 and an EC sensor 15 arranged in the tank 14 and is composed so as to perform the preparation of the culture solutions by controlling the frequency of driving per unit time or the frequency of driving in proportion to the flow rate until a desired concentration is attained by receiving a signal from the EC sensor 15. A display device 12 for displaying estimated values, etc., of the culture solutions after the driving of the fertilizer stock solutions and regulation is installed in the control panel 11. The controller 30 is composed so that a cultivator is capable of readily setting the culture solutions to be applied by key operations of a touch panel, etc., so as to provide a desired fertilizer balance.
