The present invention relates to a high temperature air supply device for a sterilizer, capable of preventing a leak of sterilizing chemicals as well as preventing the degradation of thermal efficiency by blocking a sterilizing chamber from the outside. The high temperature air supply device is used to minimize the quantity of consumed sterilizing chemicals by controlling an internal temperature of the sterilizing chamber by supplying high temperature air to a sterilizer including the sterilizing chamber. The high temperature air supply device includes: a high temperature air supply chamber connected to an air supply pipe connected to a side of the sterilizing chamber； a heater installed in the hot temperature supply chamber to generate heat； an air flow fan installed in the hot temperature air supply chamber to blow heated air to the air supply pipe by being rotated by the operation of a motor； a gasket installed on a motor shaft to be elevated by the elevation of the motor shaft to seal an arbor hole penetrated by a motor shaft of the high temperature air supply chamber； and a gasket moving unit elevating the motor shaft including the motor to make the gasket open or close the arbor hole.본 발명은 멸균챔버가 외부와 차단되어 멸균약제의 누출을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 열효율이 떨어지는 것을 방지할 수 있는 멸균기의 고온공기 공급 장치에 관한 것으로, 멸균챔버를 구비한 멸균기에 고온의 공기를 공급하여 챔버 내부의 온도를 조절함에 의해 소요되는 멸균제의 양을 최소화하기 위한 멸균챔버 고온공기 공급장치로, 상기 멸균챔버의 일측에 연결된 급기관에 연결된 고온공기 공급실； 상기 고온공기 공급실의 내부에 설치되어 열을 발생시키는 히터； 상기 고온공기 공급실의 내부에 설치되어 모터의 구동에 의해 회전하여 가열된 바람을 급기관으로 송풍하는 송풍팬； 모터축에 설치되어 모터축이 승강함에 의해 승강하여 고온공기 공급실의 모터축이 관통하는 축공을 밀폐시키는 가스켓； 및 모터를 포함하는 모터축을 승강시켜 상기 가스켓이 축공을 밀폐시키거나 개방하게 하는 가스켓이동수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
