An apoptotic cell that contains an RNAi molecule for use in the negative regulation of a gene for therapeutic purposes, in which said cell is generated by a method comprising the steps of: (a) providing an RNAi molecule, in the that the RNAi molecule is capable of negatively regulating a target gene of interest； (b) introducing the RNAi molecule into a mammalian cell in vitro； and (c) induce apoptosis to create an apoptotic cell that contains the RNAi molecule.Una célula apoptótica que contiene una molécula de ARNi para su uso en la regulación negativa de un gen con fines terapéuticos, en la que dicha célula se genera mediante un método que comprende las etapas de: (a) proporcionar una molécula de ARNi, en la que la molécula de ARNi es capaz de regular negativamente un gen diana de interés； (b) introducir la molécula de ARNi en una célula de mamífero in vitro； y (c) inducir apoptosis para crear una célula apoptótica que contenga la molécula de ARNi.
