PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soil-stickproof members preventing soil-and-sand from intruding between them while preventing soil-and-sand sticking by vibration, and to provide a rotary cover including the same.SOLUTION: The plurality of soil-stickproof members 4 are provided at a shielding cover 2 covering the top of a working rotor 5 supported on the working machine body 10 equipped at the rear of a tractor and traveling together with the tractor. Each of the members 4 is fixed on a position of one side of the circumferential direction of the rotation of the working rotor 5 on the inner side surface of the shielding cover 2 opposite to the fixed side, an abutment portion 41 contacting, in a normal state, with another of the members 4 adjoining the opposite side.
