PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic atomization device capable of improving the diffusion of a chemical.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic atomization device includes a liquid-absorbing wick 22 and a vibrating sheet 32 having a large number of micropores 36 and atomizing and spraying a chemical by the vibration of a piezoelectric vibrator 31. The vibrating sheet 32 has a convex section 37 that is shaped like a frustum supplied with the chemical via the liquid-absorbing wick 22, and the chemical, in which at least water and an active ingredient are mixed, has a viscosity of 1.2 mPa s (20°C)-4.0 mPa s (20°C)is used.【課題】薬液の拡散性を高めることが可能な超音波霧化装置を提供する。【解決手段】超音波霧化装置１は、吸液芯２２と、多数の微細孔３６を有し、圧電振動子３１の振動によって薬液を霧化噴霧する振動板３２とを備え、振動板３２は、吸液芯２２を介して薬液が供給される錐台状の凸状部３７を有し、少なくとも水と有効成分とが混合された、粘度が１．２ｍＰａ・ｓ（２０℃）～４．０ｍＰａ・ｓ（２０℃）の薬液を使用する。【選択図】図１
