The outlet part for circulating heated air is equipped in the frame so that the part is connected to the part for heating the heating medium and comprises a blower(141) which blows heated air in the part for heating the heating medium, a member(143) for circulating and exhausting heated air with a heated air exhaust hole(143a) which is connected to the blower and the part for heating the heating medium and a temperature controller(145) which is equipped in the member for circulating and exhausting heated air. The temperature controller comprises a coil pipe which is connected to the inside of the member for circulating and exhausting heated air and a connecting part for connecting the coil pipe with a part for heating the heating medium. The outlet part for circulating heated air comprises a heated air controlling part which is connected to the member for circulating and exhausting heated air with a heated air exhaust hole more to control an amount of heated air which comes out of the outlet part for circulating heated air.
