PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present the same feeling of use in excretion as a healthy person by disposing a toilet bowl inside a body frame 50 of a wheelchair only by moving the wheelchair backward, and sitting on a toilet seat surface of a Western-style toilet bowl.SOLUTION: A pedestal 51 is formed in U-shape in a plan view with an inlet/outlet opened on the rear side. The height of the pedestal 51 is set to the same as or slightly lower than the upper face height of the Western-style toilet bowl in use. A guide cylinder 52 is mounted to the right side face of the pedestal 51. A prismatic sliding body 55 is disposed in a vertically slidable manner inside the guide cylinder 52. A hinge 58 is mounted to the upper end face of the sliding body 55 and to a right side plate 54 of a seat part 53.
