Process for cosmetic treatment for improving the skin condition of body or face, comprises applying, to the surface of the skin, a cosmetic product and exposing the same surface of skin to one or more incoherent monochromatic radiations so that the final efficiency of the treatment is greater than the efficiency of the application or exposition used alone. An independent claim is included for a set for treating the skin or lips, comprising two components comprising the cosmetic product already active by itself intended to be applied on the skin of the face and body； and an apparatus comprising one or more light emitting systems, preferably diodes LEDs, intended to expose the skin after or during the application of the cosmetic product. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.Procédé de traitement cosmétique destiné à améliorer l'état de la peau du corps ou du visage, caractérisé en ce que d'une part on applique à la surface de la peau un produit cosmétique et d'autre part on expose cette même surface de peau à un ou plusieurs rayonnements monochromatiques incohérents de sorte que l'efficacité finale de ce traitement soit supérieur à l'efficacité de l'application ou de l'exposition utilisées seules.
