Disclosed is a heat storage material for both cooling and heating, capable of maintaining the temperature of an inner space through stored latent heat even though the outdoor temperature is lowered or raised. At least one first latent heat storage member and at least one second latent heat storage member, which store latent heats having different first and second latent heat temperature ranges, are alternately laminated. At the time of heat storage in the first latent heat temperature range, the first latent heat storage member stores latent heat and the second latent heat storage stores current heat, and at the time of heat emission, the first latent storage member emits the latent heat and the second latent storage member emits the current heat. At the time of heat storage in the second latent heat temperature range, the second latent heat storage member stores latent heat and the first latent heat storage stores current heat, and at the time of heat emission, the second latent storage member emits the latent heat and the first latent storage member emits the current heat.
