PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine of seat capable of arranging a massage machine body 5 by adjustment at an arbitrary position on a backrest 1 of the seat and preventing the massage machine body 5 from slipping down.SOLUTION: A massage machine of a seat is mounted on a seat including: a backrest 1 for supporting the back of a seated person a headrest 2 having a front surface 2a to support a head and an attachment stay 3. A headrest cover 4 includes first engagement parts 4a, 4b wound around the headrest 2 and extending on the front surface of the headrest 2. A massage machine body 5 is arranged on the backrest 1 and massages the back of a seated person. One end side of a cover shape connection part 6 is connected to the massage machine body 5.
