The present invention relates to a wood injection needle for injecting medicine to plants. The wood injection needle in the present invention comprises a trocar which has two opening ends on two sides of a hollow pipe and a plurality of thermal holes on the wall of the hollow pipe； a perforation needle which is inserted in the trocar and closes the trocar and has a perforation blade to perforate the trunk of plants； a drill stick having a screw thread which is inserted in the trocar and deeply perforates the trunks of the plants； and a closing prevention stick which is a porous material and prevents the perforated space from being closed by being seated in the trocar.
