PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument, even when a size of a bone defective part is relatively small, capable of reliably fixing a small piece corresponding to the shape of the bone defective part to a bone including the bone defective part formed thereon.SOLUTION: A surgical instrument 1 comprises a fixation fiber 2, and a fixation button 3. The fixation fiber 2 is a member used for fixing a bone piece 11 to a radius 12 by being inserted into a through-hole 10b formed on the radius 12 and holding the bone piece 11 at the bone defect part of the radius 12. The fixation fiber 2 includes a narrow-width portion 21 consisting of a wire with flexibility, and a thick-width portion 22 located at a longitudinal central part of the fixation fiber 2 and having the width thicker than that of the narrow-width portion 21.
