PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge electrode and the like capable of preventing cutting of a discharge member and achieving both of providing a thinner product and improving assemblability.SOLUTION: A discharge electrode or the like comprises: a discharge member formed to be able to be opposed to a counter electrode a ring-shaped terminal attached to a longitudinal end portion of the discharge member and a tube formed of resin and covering an attachment portion in which the end portion of the discharge member is attached to the terminal. An end portion of the tube is tightly fixed to the end portion of the discharge member and the terminal.
