A dermatological skin treatment device is provided. The device comprises a handpiece and a cutting tool, wherein the tool is inserted through the conduit and percutaneously inserted into a tissue disposed within a recessed area of the handpiece. The device and method cut the fibrous structures under the skin that cause cellulite at an angle substantially parallel to the surface of the skin and replace these structures with a non-cellulite forming structure by deploying a highly fibrous mesh through a single needle hole to create a highly fibrous layer directly or through wound healing processes. A tool is provided to aspirate excess fluid and tissue from the treatment area.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de traitement dermatologique. Ledit dispositif comprend une pièce à main et un outil tranchant, ledit outil étant introduit dans le conduit et mis en place par voie percutanée dans un tissu disposé dans une concavité de la pièce à main. Le dispositif et le procédé permettent de découper les structures fibreuses situées sous la peau et à l'origine de la cellulite selon un angle essentiellement parallèle à la surface de la peau et à remplacer ces structures par une structure non génératrice de cellulite grâce à la mise en place d'un réseau maillé hautement fibreux par un unique trou d'aiguille, cela permettant de générer, directement ou à l'issue d'un processus de cicatrisation, une couche hautement fibreuse. Un outil permet d'aspirer les fluides et tissus en excès hors de la zone de traitement.
