The present invention relates to a diterpene furanoids compound which inhibits an activity of protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) and to the use thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to diterpene furanoids which are extracts of Antarctic lichens, a method for preparing said diterpene furanoids, a pharmaceutical composition containing said diterpene furanoids as an active ingredient for treating II-type diabetes or obesity and to functional food for lowering blood glucose or improving obesity.La présente invention concerne un composé de furanoïdes diterpènes inhibant une activité de la protéine tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) ainsi que l'utilisation de celui-ci. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne des furanoïdes diterpènes qui sont des extraits de lichens d'Antarctique, un procédé permettant de préparer ces furanoïdes diterpènes, une composition pharmaceutique contenant ces furanoïdes diterpènes en tant que principe actif pour traiter le diabète de type II ou l'obésité. L'invention concerne également un aliment fonctionnel pour abaisser la glycémie ou atténuer l'obésité.본 발명은 단백질 타이로신 탈인산화효소 1B(PTP1B)의 활성을 저해하는 디터펜 푸라노이드 화합물 및 그 용도에 대한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 남극의 지의류인 추출물인 디터펜 푸라노이드(Diterpene Furanoids), 상기 디터펜 푸라노이드의 제조방법 및 상기 디터펜 푸라노이드를 유효성분으로 함유하는 II형당뇨치료용 또는 비만치료용 약학조성물 및 혈당강하용 또는 비만개선용 기능성 식품에 관한 것이다.
