An agricultural machine (10, 410) comprises an electronic control device (54), of a power actuator (34, 46, 52, 84, 86, 436, 438, 442) for the adjustment of at least one treatment parameter of the agricultural machine (10, 410) and a sensor (62, 70) for the detection of the vertical position of the agricultural machine (10, 410). It is proposed that the control device (54) is operable from the signals of the sensor (62, 70), in which topographical zone comprising a number of topographical zones of a field the agricultural machine (10, 410) is located in each case and the actuator (34, 46, 52, 84, 86, 436, 438, 442) as a function of the respective topographical zone control.
