PURPOSE: A composition containing a complex crude drug extract of Tribulus terrestris and Cornus officinalis is provided to prevent and treat erectile dysfunction. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating erectile dysfunction contains a complex crude drug extract of Tribulus terrestris and Cornus officinalis mixed in a ratio of 90:10-60:40 by wt%. The composition contains an extract prepared by extracting plants or a part of the plants with one or more solvents selected from the group consisting of water, a C1-C6 organic solvent, and subcritical or supercritical fluid. The Tribulus terrestris and Cornus officinalis extracts contain protodioscin and loganin, respectively.
