The preparation unit comprises polyhexamethylene guanidine or salt as antimicrobial agent, where the amount of polyhexamethylene guanidine ranges from 10 to 1500 micro gram/cm square. The preparation unit comprises a skin care agent, hydrophobization agent, tenside, hydrophilic agent, sliding agent, network agent and finishing agent as an auxillary material.
