PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a patient from bedsores.SOLUTION: In cases where a patient is laid in a face-up position on a main mattress 2 consisting of an air mattress or an urethane mattress and a carer changes a body position of the patient, when the carer operates a left or right body position changing switch of an operation part 26, a control box 27 drives an air pump 15 and opens valves 22 to 24 or valves 22, 23 and 25, and knees and a left or right shoulder of the patient are raised by a left-knee air cell 8, a right-knee air cell 9 and a left-shoulder air cell 10 or the left-knee air cell 8, the right-knee air cell 9 and a right-shoulder air cell 11 that are inflated by compressed air supplied from the air pump 15. Therefore, the carer can easily turn a body of the patient and can change the body position in such a way as to raise the back and knees of the patient without raising waist of the patient from the main mattress 2. Accordingly, it is possible to protect a sacral region of the patient that is susceptible to bedsores.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者を床ずれから保護する。【解決手段】エアマットレス又はウレタンマットレスからなる主マットレス2の上に患者が仰臥位で寝かされ、介護者が体位変換する場合に操作部26の左又は右体位変換スイッチを操作すると、制御ボックス27がエアーポンプ15を駆動すると共にバルブ22乃至24又はバルブ22;23;25を開動作し、左膝用エアセル8と右膝用エアセル9と左肩用エアセル10とが又は左膝用エアセル8と右膝用エアセル9と右肩用エアセル11とがエアーポンプ15から給気された圧縮空気で膨張されて患者の膝及び左肩又は膝及び右肩を持ち上げていることから、患者の体が回転しやすくなり、主マットレス2より患者の腰を浮かさずに、患者の背部と膝部とを持ち上げるように体位変換することができ、患者の床ずれの発生しやすい仙骨部を保護することができる。【選択図】図1
