PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that dietary fiber is known to have an action of inhibiting the absorption of calcium from a bowel, thus it is desired that calcium and dietary fiber are not simultaneously intaken for the efficient absorption of calcium into the body, but it has been troublesome for an intaker who intends to efficiently supply the mineral and component.SOLUTION: A refined calcium salt obtained in such a manner that the primary particles of a calcium salt with the average particle diameter of 50 μm or lower, and in which the average length in a flat direction is 2 μm or lower are aggregated to form the secondary particles with the average particle diameter of 50 μm or lower suppresses an absorption inhibition action caused by simultaneously intaken dietary fiber and can increase the absorptivity of calcium into the body. In this way, a food product containing both calcium and dietary fiber being the one high in the absorptivity of the calcium can be provided to consumers, and the improvement of the convenience of an intaker can be attained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
