An elastic neutral ankle orthosis of the present invention comprises a fabric belt which is made in a rectangular shape and wraps below the knee of the human leg； an elastic band, wherein one end is coupled to the rear of the fabric belt, a middle portion is rotated to wrap more than 360 degrees of the leg, and the other end wraps around the front end of the foot； and an attachment strap that is fixed to the front or rear of the fabric belt to fix by winding the fabric belt around the human leg.본 발명의 탄력중립발목보조기는, 직사각형 모양으로 이루어지고 사람 다리의 무릎 아래 부위를 감싸는 패브릭벨트； 상기 패브릭벨트의 후면에 일단부가 결합되고 중간부는 다리에 360도 이상 감싸도록 회전되며 타단부는 발의 전단부를 감싸서 걸리는 탄력밴드； 및 상기 패브릭벨트의 전면 또는 후면에 고정되어 상기 패브릭벨트를 사람 다리에 감아 고정시키는 부착스트랩을 포함한다.
