PURPOSE: A GNIs(gold nano-inhalants) for supersensitive CT contrast is provided to improve CT sensitivity and to maximize CT contrast effect.CONSTITUTION: A Gold nano-inhalants(GNIs) is used for supersensitive CT contrast. The GNI is formed of gold nanoparticles. The gold nanoparticles are synthesized by reduction of gold salt existing in a stabilizing agent such as PVA, fatty acid, and SDS.
