A method and a kit for suture-tendon are disclosed. The method for suture-tendon includes the following steps: providing a thread, which has a thread body, a first end, and a second end placing the thread body on a tendon crossing the first end and the second end of the thread to form at least two finger trap knots and crossing the first end and the second end of the thread to form a rolling hitch. In addition, the kit for suture-tendon of the present invention comprises: a tube body and a thread, which is wrapped around the tube body through the aforementioned method of the present invention.
