PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual-bearing reel that can prevent entry of water into the inside of a bearing member with a simple structure.SOLUTION: The dual-bearing reel includes a reel body 1, a spool 2 and a waterproof member 5. The reel body 1 has a first side plate 6a and a second side plate 6b axially arranged at intervals with the first side plate 6a. The spool 2 has a spool body part 12, a first flange part 13 and a second flange part 14. The waterproof member is arranged at the side in the first side plate of the reel body. The first flange part 13 has an annular rib 13b extending in an axial outside from the first flange part 13 and has a diameter smaller than the most outer diameter of the first flange part 13.
