The present invention relates to ready-to-drink beverages comprising a flavor component, a hydrolyzed whole grain composition, an alpha-amylase or fragments thereof, which alpha-amylase or fragments thereof show no hydrolytic activity towards dietary fibers when in the active state, a sucrose content below 5% by weight of the beverage, and wherein the beverage has a viscosity in the range 1-300 mPa·s.La présente invention concerne des boissons prêtes à boire comprenant un composant aromatisant, une composition de céréales entières hydrolysées, une alpha-amylase ou des fragments de celle-ci, ladite alpha-amylase ou ses fragments ne montrant aucune activité hydrolytique envers des fibres alimentaires dans l'état actif, une teneur en saccharose inférieure à 5 % en poids de la boisson, la boisson présentant une viscosité dans la plage de 1 à 300 mPa.s.
