IMPLANTABLE HEART STIMULATING DEVICE PROVIDED WITH MEANS FOR OBTAINING AN INDICATION OF A LEAD CONDUCTOR FRACTURE AND A MEDICAL SYSTEM COMPRISING SUCH A DEVICE
Implantable heart stimulating device comprising ECG sensing means (4) to receive heart potential signals (2) from sensing electrodes at an electrode lead arranged in connection with a patients heart. The ECG sensing means is provided with a programmable make- break threshold (6). The device further comprises a timing means (14) adapted to generate a make-break detection period (12), and a counting means (10), wherein the counting means is adapted to count the number of times that the amplitude of the heart potential signal exceeds the programmable make-break threshold during the make-break detection period, and when the number of times is higher than a predetermined value, the ECG obtained during the make-break detection period is stored in an ECG storage means (16).Linvention concerne un dispositif de stimulation du cœur implantable, comprenant un moyen de détection dECG (4) pour recevoir des signaux de potentiel du cœur (2) à partir délectrodes de détection au niveau dun fil délectrode disposé en connexion avec le cœur dun patient. Le dispositif comprend en outre un moyen de synchronisation 14 conçu pour générer une période de détection de durée détablissement-coupure (12) et un compteur (10), le compteur étant conçu pour compter le nombre de fois où lamplitude du signal de potentiel du cœur dépasse le seuil de durée détablissement-coupure programmable pendant la période de détection de durée détablissement-coupure, et lorsque le nombre de fois est supérieur à une valeur prédéterminée, lECG obtenu pendant la période de détection de durée détablissement-coupure est stocké dans un moyen de stockage dECG (16).
