The present invention relates to a platelet rich plasma (PRP) separating apparatus. According to the present invention, the apparatus includes: (i) a body including (i-1) an upper body, (i-2) a middle body, and (i-3) a lower body and (ii) a white blood cell filter including (ii-1) an upper white blood cell filter body and (ii-2) a lower white blood cell filter body. The apparatus can separate the PRP with a high platelet/white blood cell ratio meaning a high platelet concentration rate and a low number of the white blood cells.
