PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundus oculi observing device capable of displaying the image of a marked site at the same position in frames of the respective images in the case of imaging a plurality of times.SOLUTION: The fundus oculi observing device has an image forming section irradiating illumination light to the fundus oculi of an eye to be inspected, receiving reflecting light from the fundus oculi, and generating the image of the eye to be inspected. A fixed mark projecting section projecting a fixed mark in which projecting position can be changed to the eye to be inspected. A recording section records the projecting position of the fixed mark when the light from the fundus oculi is received relating the same to a patients ID. An inputting section inputs the patients ID.
