The present invention relates to a liquid smoking instrument for inhaling an electronic cigarette liquid without using an electronic cigarette device. According to the present invention, the instrument has a liquid container connected to a vaporizing chamber (6) made of a thin metallic film and attached to a glass tube (5) through the glass tube (5), and enables a user to inhale the vaporized liquid by heating the vaporizing chamber (6) using candle light or a lighter. The liquid smoking instrument can be made in a container type instrument (Figs. 1 and 6) and a tube type instrument (Fig. 9). The container type instrument can be a suction unit separation type (Fig. 1) or a suction unit integrated type (Fir. 6). The container type instrument has a shape to be easily used by being placed to stand on a desk or a table. The container type instrument has a shape that attachment rubbers (3, 13) are attached on a cover (7) of a liquid container (8), an injection needle (4) is inserted into the cover part from the inside of the attachment rubbers (3, 13), and the glass tube (5) having the evaporation chamber (6) attached thereon is inserted into the attachment rubbers, and enables the user to inhale the vaporized liquid by supplying the liquid (9) inside the container to the vaporizing chamber (6) through the injection needle (4) and vaporizing the liquid with the lighter or the candlelight. The tube type instrument (Fig. 1) has a portable shape that a suction straw (16) is disposed inside an elastic plastic tube (15), a suction rubber (14) and a connection rubber (17) are inserted into both sides of the plastic tuber (15), and the connection rubber is inserted into the glass tube (5) having the vaporizing chamber (6) attached thereto, and enables the user to inhale the vaporized liquid through the suction straw (16) and the suction rubber (14) by supplying the liquid inside the tube to the vaporizing chamber (6) through the injection needle (18) inserted into the connectio
