The present invention relates to an anticancer or antioxidant composition containing, as an active ingredient, a Quamoclit pennata extract or a novel compound derived from Quamoclit pennata. The composition according to the present invention has the effects of suppressing VEGF expression, reducing tumor cells, reducing MMP-9, and inhibiting oxygen free radicals, among others, thereby having excellent anticancer and antioxidant effects and accelerating treatment when administrated in combination with an anticancer therapeutic agent.La présente invention concerne une composition anticancereuse ou antioxydante contenant, comme principe actif, un extrait de Quamoclit pennata ou un nouveau composé issu de Quamoclit pennata. La composition selon la présente invention a les effets dinhibition de lexpression de VEGF, de réduction des cellules tumorales, de réduction de MMP-9 et dinhibition des radicaux libres oxygénés, entre autres, ayant ainsi dexcellents effets anticancéreux et antioxydant et accélérant le traitement lorsquelle est administrée en combinaison à un agent thérapeutique anticancéreux.본 발명은 유홍초 추출물 또는 유홍초 유래 신규화합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항암 또는 항산화용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 우수한 VEGF 발현 저해, 종양세포감소, MMP-9 감소 및 활성산소발생 억제 등의 효과를 가지고 있어, 항암 및 항산화 효과가 뛰어나며, 항암치료제와 병행투여시 치료효과를 촉진시킬 수 있다.
