One embodiment relates to a method of treating pulmonary hypertension based upon coadministering to a subject in need thereof a pharmaceutically effective amount of an oral therapeutic agent for treating pulmonary hypertension and a pharmaceutically effective amount of an inhaled therapeutic agent for treating pulmonary hypertension. The benefit of the co-administration of these agents is to eliminate or reduce one or more side effects associated with mono-therapy of either agent, as well as one or more side effects associated with other administration routes such as subcutaneous or intravenous administration.한 실시양태는 폐고혈압 치료를 위한 치료학적으로 유효한 양의 경구 치료제 및 폐고혈압 치료를 위한 치료학적으로 유효한 양의 흡입 치료제를 그것을 필요로 하는 대상에 공동투여하는 것을 기초로 하는 폐고혈압 치료 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 약제의 공동투여의 이점은 어느 한 약제의 단일요법과 관련된 하나 이상의 부작용 뿐만아니라 피하 또는 정맥내 투여와 같은 다른 투여 경로와 관련된 하나 이상의 부작용을 제거 또는 감소시키는 것이다.
