PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-standing bag-shaped pouch wherein flowable content (gel-like material) can be thoroughly squeezed out or easily extruded, and to provide a flowable food using the same.SOLUTION: In front and rear sheets 2 and 3 forming a self-standing bag-shaped pouch, projecting parts 23 and 33 are extended upward from the center of the upper end of rectangular body parts 21 and 31, and a mouth 12 and a spout 7 communicating with a housing chamber 6 are formed by heat sealing of mouth sealing regions 2c and 3c provided on the right and left of the projecting part. A sealing region 7a heat-sealed after flowable content 5 is charged, is formed at the end of the projecting part. A bottom sheet 4 is doubled along a folding line 43 with a halved width of a bottom vertical width H, to make two bottom pieces 41 and 42. One bottom piece is laid on the inside lower part of the front sheet and the other is laid on the inside lower part of the rear sheet, and they are heat sealed to form a bottom part 13 that can be entirely folded flat back and forth.
