An anti-colic feeding bottle comprising a bottle body having a threaded mouth, a constricted portion along said body, a threaded mouth disposed at the upper portion that screwably connected to a collar, characterized in that said bottle body having a threaded open bottom portion, a breather assembly screwably secured to said threaded open bottom portion, said breather assembly having a plurality of breather holes thereof and a sealing member provided in between said threaded bottom portion of said bottle body and said breather assembly.
