The present invention addresses the problem if providing a method for producing artificial pluripotent stem cells from MAIT cells, and to provide artificial pluripotent stem cells derived from MAIT cells. The present invention also addresses the problem if providing a method for producing MAIT-like cells from artificial pluripotent stem cells, and providing MAIT-like cells. In the present invention, MAIT-like cells can be established by differentiation inducement of artificial pluripotent stem cells containing a TCR gene that is specific to MAIT cells.
