PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that cracking of walnuts by manual work requires heating treatment without stacking since they get burned or the like, makes uniform processing and efficient work difficult, and causes burdens in terms of time and labor with hot air further, by introducing a seed cracking device.SOLUTION: For protection from the hot air from a heat source, a motor with a decelerator, an inverter and a breaker are installed on a heat insulation material, a metallic cylindrical case is installed sideways, many holes for releasing steam are provided on both side face parts, a door for supplying seeds is installed, an agitation jig is installed inside, a shaft is made pass through a center part so as to be rotatable, a sprocket is mounted on the shaft and is rotated by the motor with the decelerator, heating is performed uniformly and rapidly by a gas burner from the lower part of the metallic cylindrical case, and thus the problems are solved. Also, when supplying walnuts that are immersed in water, the door is matched to an upper side and a funnel-shaped jig is installed to easily supply them. The walnuts after being cracked can be taken out by matching the door to a lower side and tilting a drum while opening the door.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 手作業での、くるみの割れ目入れは焦げたりする為、重ねずに加熱処理を行う必要があり、均一加工及び効率的作業が難しく更に熱気もあり時間的、労働的負担である。従って、種子割り装置の導入により、前述の点を解決するものである。【解決手段】 熱源からの熱気保護の為、減速機付きモーター、インバーター、ブレーカーを断熱材上に設置し、金属製円筒型ケースを横に設置し、両側面部に水蒸気を逃がす孔を無数設け且つ、種子を投入する扉を設置し、内部に撹拌用治具を設置し回転可能なように中心部に軸を貫通させ、その軸にスプロケットを装着し減速機付きモーターにて回転させ、金属製円筒型ケース下部よりガスバーナーで均一且つ急速に過熱する事により、問題点を解決している。尚、水に浸した、くるみ投入時は上側に扉を合わせ漏斗状治具を設置し投入し易い。割れ目入れ終了の、くるみは下側に扉を合わせ開けつつドラムを傾かせ取出す事ができる。【選択図】図1
